AutoMatica is an all in one Cusotmization Package manager. No longer do Admin's have to wait until 2 am to publish a customization project. No longer do ISV's need to tirelessly track the customization version their customers run.

Admin's can schedule the publish of customization packages. At the scheduled time if a publish encounters any difficulty, the assigned admin will receive email notication with all the trace log error report.
Benefits: Automation of Acumatica's Customization Manager, allowing for scheduling of upgrades and notifications during non-office hours. Ability to setup a Customization Profile, specifying package owner information and contact details. Notification of issues to package owner's technical teams via email, with trace details included. Increased efficiency and organization in managing custom packages. Reduced frustration and improved communication with package owners. Better tracking and monitoring of package publishing process.
Problems: Compatibility issues with custom packages and newer versions of Acumatica. Difficulty quickly solving and communicating errors during customization. Limited ability to publish packages on-demand in production environment. Difficulty communicating and working with partners/ISVs to fix errors. Time and resources required to manage and troubleshoot custom packages. Difficulty scaling with increasing numbers of customers and custom packages. Limited ability to publish packages during non-office hours. Difficulty remembering to publish packages during non-office hours. Frustration caused by the challenges of customizing Acumatica. Difficulty reaching out to other side of the development world to find a fix.
