Document how handle multi company

In an instance with multiple companies, how should it be configured to indicate which company for the Wrapper generation part, and then for the actual test cases?

Doesn't seem to like config.xml specifying admin@somecompany, just throws user not found
ClassGenerator.exe.config DOES seem to allow the UserName to have the company, but that requires a manual generation of the config files
