We have used the integration about 5-10 items. Now, when trying to send a document using DocuSign integration, we get error the number of envelopes allowed by our plan is exceeded. We know that is not the case.
Docusign seems to think it is because our account is a web self-service account.
Do you need a commercial account for the API access to work?
