AcuMate: Create screen actually creates screen in another folder

If you open non-expected workspace (e.g. you just open root repository folder) - AcuMate: Create screen action puts new screens on the top level (near WebSites), but it should put them into FrontendSources folder

We're considering implementing some optional setting to specify a path to the FrontendSources folder for this case. At the moment it only works when opening a workspace at FrontendSources or html/ts screen file without any workspace.
