200 is not the only code that indicates success #265

201 and 202 should be considered success as well.

An example is Stackstorm. Its native webhooks support returns 202 ACCEPTED.

consul-alerts consider anything else other than 200 as

"Unable to notify HTTP endpoint:"

even though it was succesful.
