The title bar and menu areas should be always visible and not scroll with the rest of the content. Keep them fixed and the top/right of the screen regardless of scrolling.
The page title (e.g. Child's name + Save button) should maybe also stay fixed? This would also avoid displaying save/cancel twice - at the top and the bottom of the pages.

Should we keep the headline of the child details page (e.g. Max Mustermann [101] *Save*) always visible on top and scrolling will only affect the form below? Or should the title be scrolled as well (the way it is now).
I think it would be nice if the title and the buttons of the page are shown in the header of the navbar. Because now the navbar wastes a lot of space and isn't very useful.
