In the case that the date of the indicator (red circle) in the map has been set for tomorrow,
then to the warning date at time interval selection form (bottom left, yellow rectangle) extra
days will be added, and hence written into the CAP without any notice to the forecaster. This
means that the day indicator interferes with the time interval selection and distorts the
intended warning dates, shifting towards the future.
For example, let us suppose that the forecaster is working on January 22nd. The forecaster
sets the indicator for tomorrow (i.e. sets “23.01.2018” in the map) and creates a warning
message by selecting from January 23rd 00:00 till 15:00 in the forms just below the language
descriptions. However, the final result in the CAP message will be a time interval from
January 24th 00:00 till 15:00!
Accordingly, if the date indicator were set for “24.01.2018”, there would be two extra days,
added in the CAP message instead of taking the absolute values from the selection form. If a
date is set in the map indicator even further in the future, Paint and Alert adds as many days
to the produced CAP time interval, despite what date the forecaster actually selected.

The reason is the form is disabled if you change the date in the map.
But what it should better from usebility is, if you select the form to create the text, the date should changed in the form to the same date you selected in the map!
It certainly does not work like that. I had the chance to compose yesterday's map with CAP Creator. Firstly I set up the map date to "13.02.2018" (the component in red circle I mean) and worked fine completing alerts for current day (February 13th). The trouble started when I set up the map date to "14.02.2018", and wrote the the next day's (February 14th) alerts. These were submitted as valid for even further a day, for February 15th instead of 14th; they can be seen in the warnings page, submission date 2018-02-13 11:04. Undesirably so, I had to resend a green-total-reset for the February 15th. Then I set the map date again in "13.02.2018" and rewrite all the previous messages as exact as before. The dates of the form (on the component of yellow rectangle) were the same in both cases.
