Something to investigate. The library at a glance seems to duplicate a to of CSS we use in our sites. What happens if we just remove all the CSS altogether? Do we wind up having to style a bunch of things in this library or is it a non-issue or a small issue. If it's not a big issue I think we should remove all the CSS from Titan. To test that we would have to Locally set up each site that uses Titan and test it against all the components that exist in Titan. We might be able to make one test story that has everything.
