What's wrong with the existing documentation

The repository lacks a seperate detailed INSTALLATION.md file that explains the installation process for new users. This makes it challenging for contributors or users unfamiliar with the setup to get started quickly. The README file contains the INSTALLATION steps right now.

I would like to work on this issue to help improve the documentation.
Checklist:

  • Add instructions for local setup.

  • Test the steps for accuracy.

  • Include sufficient screenshots for clarity.
