Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In this room, the screw attack blocks only dissapear if you collected the item to the right:
image

This is bothersome for people who want to do low% rando runs.

Describe the solution you'd like
Either have the Screw Attack blocks always be open if you don't have Screw attack collected, or always make them open if you enter the room from the right.
