Predicate_call block sometimes doesn't update parameter inputs

Sometimes, the predicate_call block does not update when a parameter is added to its corresponding predicate_def block. As this issue doesn't come up every time, it's probably due to the sequence in which blocks are added. However, the blocks should update consistently regardless of the sequence in which they are assembled.
