WOMBAT-lite: Dynamic CaCO3 precipitation and dissolution #18

We will add dynamic CaCO3 feedbacks to WOMBAT-lite, including:

Variable PIC:POC ratios dependent on the HCO3/H+ ratio and temperature
Variable sinking rates that include ballasting by enriched CaCO3 in aggregrates
Variable dissolution rates dependent on POC remineralisation (i.e., Mg-rich CaCO3), Omega of aragonite and calcite.
Variable dissolution rates in the sediments dependent on the omega of calcite and quantity of organic carbon present.
