Function "gvg"

This function does not support select badge cost, so choose it before turn this on

• Mini-client or Web:
  • Windows: click and run gvg.bat
  • Linux/Mac: run ./gvg.sh from terminal
• Steam (from 1.3.2):
  • Click and run: steam.gvg.bat
  • Run from commandline: java -jar BitHeroes.jar gvg --steam

Arguments:

accept first argument as loop count is how many times to do GVG before exit

Supported flags:

• --exit=X means will exit after X secs if not completed, no matter how many loop remaining. Usage: ./gvg.sh 10 --exit=1200 means will stop doing GVG after farmed 10 times or after 1200 seconds (20m), depends which condition completed first
