[Question] Is there any benefit to updating and recreating distrobox of a rolling release distro (e.g. Arch, Debian Sid) periodically?

I want to use Distrobox with Debian Sid. Do I need to update and recreate the container periodically to get the latest updates? Or I can just run apt update && apt upgrade in the container and it will stay updated like a freshly pulled and created image?
