Add support for multiple algorithm repositories of the same type

Imho it would be useful to allow more than one repository of the same type, e.g. for Java or R. This would allows specific configuration without changes to the repositories themselves. Naturally this would have a high impace on the configuration - I don't think iceland's settings would support this out of the box.
