Hi Team,

Do you have a dockerfile available for generating container for MRtrix3Tissue in linux environment which includes the ss3t_csd_beta1 fucntionality? Could you please share. This would help me to execute the command for a group of subjects in HPC cluster.

Thanks
Rajikha

I tried the above docker image before and it didn't seem to have the ss3t_csd_beta1 functionality, may be it is a mrtrix3 image rather than mrtrix3tissue. Have you tried this anytime for functionality specific to mrtrix3tissue which is not part of mrtrix3?

https://hub.docker.com/r/vnmd/mrtrix3tissue_5.2.8/tags

Try this one? I'm sure I've used this one before, but it is one release behind the current (5.2.9) version. According to the changelog, 5.2.9 has backwards compatibility, so I think the results should be the same, but compatibility with other softwares may be better in 5.2.9. I will test the 5.2.9. image soon.

The 5.2.9 image works for me (singularity exec ss3t_5.2.9.img ss3t_csd_beta1 opens up the help documentation for the command)

Hi Steven,

I tried version 5.2.9 and it works for me. Thanks. Do you have the docker recipe corresponding to the image, by any chance?
