Could you update mrtrix3tissue so that it complies with this current update to MRtrix3?

I am running into an error and the MRtrix team suggested the issue had been solved in a previous update?

Hi Daniel,

The issue is the use of software not supported by the MRtrix3 team, which does not contain the latest bug fixes. This particular issue was first reported on the forum here, with the relevant fix to the code on GitHub here, and it was mentioned in the 3.0.0 → 3.0.1 changelog here.
