inkscape-dark-theme this theme created to be compatible with inkscape 0.92.X in particular but also it works with other GTKs well. install copy theme file to /usr/share/themes/Default/gtk-2.0-key or /etc/gtk-2.0 or replace theme files with gtk-2.0 file in the theme that you use
