Oqtane - Inconsistent toolbar display

Current Behavior / Expected Behavior

Using
<div @Kit.Toolbar.Default()>
to display a simple toolbar.

When loading the page / view through the Oqtane navbar menu, the toolbar will not show. Refreshing the page will make the toolbar show.
Even if the previous page also had toolbars (working), changing page through the oqtane navbar menu breaks this.

• Browser: Firefox
• Oqtane: 5.2.4
• Hosting platform: IIS

This triggers the issue 100%: click on the nav menu to a page with a 2sxc app and toolbar: the toolbar shows. Then click the same page link: toolbar does not show.
