80端口启动失败 #44

为什么我是用80 端口 listen的时候失败了，8080 可以成功，然后查看了80 端口没有别的应该占用。
我是uos统信 个人版20 。是系统原因吗？

可以 非常感谢，但我不知道为啥，是80端口一定要sudo权限才能使用吗

顺便问下这个警告怎么没解决 虽然不影响使用，但是心里不舒服
