BUG: deactivate another plugin

Describe the bug

when I activate the ElasticPress plugin
It works correctly, however, it deactivates the function of another plugin called WooCommerce Single Variations from welaunch. Would it be possible for both plugins to coexist?

Steps to Reproduce

1 install and activate
WooCommerce Single Variations
2 install and activate elasticpress
3 check that the first plugin stopped working
